Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all of the postings on the scorsweb.org website, but I do eventually read everything.
The post from NREA about their October 2018 conference entitled, “National Forum to Advance Rural Education” got me thinking that South Carolina might profit from a Rural South Carolina conference.
Having visited 20 of the 41 SC rural districts in our state, we have been witnessing the common problems and your uncommon solutions you have created to solve those problems. There is a great deal to be proud of in your districts. Instead of allowing others to speak for us, why not hold a SC Rural Education Conference to share our concerns and successes?
What do you think?
